Our promise to you! In the unlikely event that your helmet arrives showing damage in any way we will replace it for you. All we ask is that you send us a picture and brief description of the issue - then send it back to our European or UK hub - we will replace it free of charge.
How long after purchase can someone return a helmet?
You have up to 7 days following delivery to return a helmet.
What condition does a helmet need to be in to be returned?
Helmets can be returned if they are damaged in any way - no exceptions.
Who pays for return shipping?
