From Hull to Masterpiece
Each journey begins with a bare Pro Tork R8 hull. Thes are INMETRO and DOT approved helmets which you MAY be able to use on the road in some countries ( please check) Each hull is meticulously sanded to achieve a flawless surface, the foundation for the iconic design that will follow. This painstaking preparation ensures the paint adheres perfectly, resulting in a vibrant and long-lasting finish.

Signed, Sealed, and Protected
Once the design is complete, the helmet is signed as a mark of authenticity and pride. To protect the artwork and ensure a lasting shine, we apply a triple layer of high-quality acrylic varnish. This final step not only enhances the helmet's appearance but also provides essential protection against the elements.
